ELCDC is a nonprofit organization licensed by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to administer the SBA 504 Loan Program. SBA 504 provides growing small businesses with financing for expansion activities including: plant, property, and equipment purchases; undergoing new construction; renovating or improving sites; and paying interest on interim financing and any soft costs essential to expansion projects.
