FUSE Makerspace

The FUSE Makerspace is a community center with tools that allow members to design, prototype, and create manufactured works. Partnering with Central New Mexico Community College gives our members access to affordable, high-quality classes as well as mentoring from other makers and community members. The Makerspace benefits from its location on the InnovateABQ campus and with its many resources, and it offers:

  • A safe, professional facility for manufacturing your ideas.
  • Equipment and tools for precision and large-scale projects.
  • Offices for rent to foster the development of your small business.
  • A collaborative, creative working environment.

Ignite the FUSE for Makers supports artisans, makers and creatvie entrepreneurs to refine and enhance their business acumen.  Creative makers – producing anything from jewlery, silk screens, textiles, ceramics, graphic designs to tattoos – can participate in a 10-week program with a goal to help creative makers improve their entrepreneurship acumen.

Internet of Things (IoT) Bootcamp is a 10-week Deep Dive Coding Bootcamp. The IoT Coding and Product Design Bootcamp teaches students the fundamentals of creating and coding smart connected devices built around low power affordable computer chips.
