The Economic Development Department of New Mexico (EDNM) is providing an opportunity for public comment regarding a certification request submitted by the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) pursuant to Section 62-6-26(F) NMSA 1978 (SB 170, 2025 Regular Session).
