1. Volunteer Role Only: This is a non-paid, voluntary service opportunity. No financial compensation will be provided.

2. Grant & Contract Impartiality:

   - Ambassador status does not confer special consideration for division grants/contracts.

   - Ambassadors may apply for programs but receive no preferential treatment.

   - Ambassadors may not use their title to justify future payment or special access.

3. Service Commitment:

      - Minimum of 1 grant review panel per fiscal year.

      - Volunteer at at least 1 event annually.

      - Minimum 10 total hours/year.

4. Code of Conduct:

      - Act respectfully and inclusively.

      - Maintain confidentiality during grant reviews.

      - Disclose conflicts of interest.

5. Agreement Duration & Termination:

      - 12-month renewable term.

      - Can be ended by either party at any time.

      - Division may end participation for non-compliance or misconduct.
