SANTA FE – Today the New Mexico Economic Development Department joined Fatman’s Beef Jerky to announce its expansion and grand opening of its new facility in Hagerman, NM. The Roswell-based beef jerky producer recently expanded from nine to 17 full-time employees and has plans to hire an additional 10 employees over the next year to meet growing customer demand.
