Santa Teresa – Today New Mexico Economic Development Secretary Jon Barela participated in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the opening of Oak Tree Inn Hotel and Penny’s Diner. The hotel and diner is located in the Santa Teresa Airport Park on 2.28 acres. The total investment of this project was approximately $5 million. The hotel includes 56 rooms, with contingency plans for expansion, and the diner will be open 24 hours.
