SANTA FE, N.M. – The New Mexico Outdoor Recreation Division (ORD) announced today that it is assisting in efforts to promote the Outdoor Recreation Roundtable’s (ORR) Rural Economic Development Toolkit, aimed at helping rural communities grow their outdoor recreation economies.
