The New Mexico Economic Development Department Announces Rangeland Energy to Create 50 Jobs at New Oil and Frac Sand Terminal

Carlsbad – The New Mexico Economic Development Department announced today that Rangeland Energy has started construction of the Rangeland Integrated Oil System (RIO System) in the Delaware Basin region of southeast New Mexico and West Texas. Rangeland will create 50 new jobs at their site near Loving, about 20 miles outside of Carlsbad. Rangeland will invest up to $200 million for the entire system.
